Scholarships in Germany

The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Liberty (FNF) offers a comprehensive scholarship programme to foreign students and postgraduates. The programme addresses distinguished students and postgraduates with a liberal attitude.

Requirements for this scholarship include:

• Fluent command of the German language in speech and writing
• Confirmation of enrolment at a German university or alternatively an officially accepted dissertation proposal

The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Liberty (FNF) expects its scholarship holders to have a keen interest in politics. They are obliged to attend at least two seminars of several days duration provided by FNF or associated liberal partners. It is mandatory to establish regular contacts with the university tutors.
