Conference: “Bridging the Gap: Arab-European Liberal Dialogue Forum” – Cairo from 16-18 May, 2013
This two day conference is organized by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation in cooperation with Forum for Greece, CatDem Foundation and the European Liberal Forum (ELF). It is the beginning of a structured dialogue between liberally minded political stake holders in the Arab world and Europe about the basics of liberalism and aims at reaching a common understanding on these very basics.
From Palestine, there will be one participant Mr. Hazem Kawasmi, Founding member and President of the Freedom Forum Palestine (FFP) in Ramallah.

Joint Palestinian and Israeli Delegation of Young Business Leaders on a Study Tour in Germany
The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Liberty is organizing a study tour to Germany, April 21-27, 2013, for its members of the ME 2.0 Young Business Leaders Forum. The study tour will deal with the topic of: “Economic Cooperation in Europe as a Model for Young Business Leaders from Israel and Palestine”. In the frame of the tour the delegation members will learn more about Germany’s economic cooperation with its neighbors and will also visit different economic cross-border cooperation projects along the West and East boarder of Germany.

“State and Religion- Israel 2013”
On Thursday, February the 28th 2013 the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Liberty organize in cooperation with the Israeli Religion Action Center and the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzeliya a conference on the topic: “State and Religion – Israel 2013”
The conference will take place at the IDC-Campus in Herzeliya and will be held in Hebrew with translation in to English.
