This was the topic of a symposium, which was organized by the S. Daniel Abraham Center for Strategic Dialogue at Netanya Academic College in cooperation with the Jerusalem office of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Liberty on Monday, September the 12^th 2011, in which four researchers presented summaries of their articles that appeared in the same-titled publication.
